Ceremony Sites

The Estate at Independence has multiple outdoor and indoor ceremony sites to fit any style wedding. All outdoor ceremony sites come with a complete indoor ceremony plan that is equally as stunning in the event of inclement weather. White garden chairs are provided for all ceremony sites, and coming soon we will have custom-made arbors in both natural wood and white finishes. Our event coordinating team will assist with planning and have a thorough rehearsal leading up to your ceremony.

The Ballroom:

The Ballroom is a wonderful space for ceremonies with a large number of guests. The floor to ceiling windows provide a panoramic view of the property. Dressed in neutral tones, this space is completely customizable for each unique wedding. The Ballroom can be the original ceremony site, or serve as an indoor rain plan for large outdoor ceremonies.

The Fall Line:

The Fall Line is a versatile space that is a stunning for indoor ceremonies with abundant natural light, expansive views and a spectacular chandelier. The Fall Line is the first choice for many couples looking for an indoor ceremony, but can also serve as a superb back up site if there is inclement weather for an outdoor ceremony.

The Pavilion:

The natural lighting in The Pavilion is second to none. The sun cloaks couples in an etherial glow as they exchange vows. The vaulted ceiling made of rich natural wood creates an intimate experience for you and your guests.

The Lawn:

The Lawn can be arranged a number of ways for you to find the perfect backdrop whether you prefer green grass and blue skies or the impressive Estate building.

The Woodlands:

This is our brand new wedding site as of Spring 2019 and located on our Tom Fazio Executive Course for your exclusive enjoyment. For your special day we will close the Executive Course to the public and remove visible golf items. You may choose your scenic backdrop in this secluded woodland setting. The Woodlands is an ideal ceremony site if you would like complete privacy in a serene setting.
